Better pass sequencing. We try the dir at the start of the pass, which often fails. Then we move on to files, which consumes the rest of the pass. We never get the new dir entries. We need to alternate those requests perhaps

Settings were added to allow these to be toggled on/off. This allows you to avoid uploading for example but not to change the sequence. This needs more design/thought.
