To run this API in test mode, specific test credentials need to be used. Instead of having to switch credentials manually, allow them to be automatically injected when test mode is enabled. It's just same a little time when testing and setting up demo applications.

Scrub this idea. There are too many different test modes available, some with 3D Secure, some without, not to mention demo mode.
