Repository with some of the reports and scripts of analyses done during the project related to understand social hybridogenesis in Messor ants. For this project it was performed a whole-genome assembly of three ant genomes, phylogenetic analyses, general descriptive admixture analyses as well as demographic analyses with DILS.
The R code used in analyses is imbedded in the Rmarkdown report files while some bash and snakemake scripts used are available in the scripts folder.
