So far, the app only works when it has an internet connection.

  1. However, the tab with the already installed apps should also be able to be displayed when the smartphone is in flight mode, for example.
  2. The updates and (available) apps tabs should also show useful error messages, like:

Currently the device has no internet connection.

I think that makes a lot of sense, although I vaguely recall @lberrymage saying that there was a reason for why it currently works the way it does. Whether that is desirable is a different story.

Apps

This screens should either show a message like the one you propose, or, if the list of apps is cached anywhere (is it?) it should show the last cache.

Installed

This should indeed show your installed apps. There's no reason why it should require you to be connected to the Internet (that I know of)

Updates

This isn't clear cut. There's an argument to be made that since you can't update, there's no need for anything to appear here when you're not connected. That said, I think that if Accrescent knows there's an update available (if it was able to determine that before you lost connection), that update should be shown there regardless of your current connection status.
