Allow custom configuration for:

  1. Site name
  2. Tag line
  3. Footer
  4. ExpressJs port

Custom server/site configuration.

This changeset closes issue #2. There are two configuration files
required by expressivejs: config.json and siteconfig.json.

config.json focuses on server-side configuration: passwords,
ports, etc. and siteconfig.json focuses on customizable ui
elements: site name, tag line, footer, etc.
