Unable to visualise tree in Microreact.

Steps to reproduce:

1. Go to https://achtman-lab.github.io/GrapeTree/MSTree_holder.html
2. Click Load files
3. Paste the following Newick string: (c:2,e:2,d:1,(a:0,b:0):0);
4. Click Confirm
5. Click Show in Microreact
6. The following error appears in the cosnole:

uncaught exception: could not create user after 0 tries
TypeError: this.grid.getColumns().filter(...)[0] is undefined
