[MOD] Accessible mobile menus

User feedback:

• Send message/user metadata appears at end of page after all user comment history when in mobile view. It was suggested to move this to the top, below the user's about section. RESOLVED by rearrange mod
• It was suggested to move the search button into the hamburger menu
• Limit height of thumbnails in compact view. Making them square would help a lot.
• Reclaim space when thumbnails are disabled. Currently posts have a minimum height that wastes a lot of space when thumbnails are disabled.
• Make boost a button and move it next to to upvote/downvote. Shrink all three buttons slightly.
• Remove More, users can access it in the comments.
• Remove the word Comments, replace with a speech bubble icon.
• Move time since created alongside comments.
