"tail: cannot open '1' for reading: No such file or directory" ??? #4562
Comments
Please upgrade to the latest code and try again first. Maybe it's already fixed. |
I did that, still same
|
I am having this same issue, on two machines. even running the install script gives this error about no such file or directory of "1" but things seem to run. I'm quite puzzled. |
I'm facing the same issue on slackware 15.0 based server with acme.sh v3.06. Seems that my tail version doesn't like the space between -c and number of bytes, without it no more complains displayed :-) |
Same issue here. I did what @IntEA31 suggested and the issue is fixed. replaced 'tail -c 1' for 'tail -c1' |
Steps to reproduce
have tail (GNU coreutils) 9.0
git clone, chmod +x and run with ./acme.sh --issue --standalone -d nas.domain.com -d domain.com --debug
