Is responsive topbar supported ?

After running the dummy app, it seems like the responsive topbar is broken and is not displayed as it should be, (see Responsive Toggle section.
It looks like that:

Is it still possible or not? If so, could you please point what tag should be used to achieve that, please.

Coming back to the issue, I created an example app, - the navbar is completely broken there:

I just took the example of navbar code from Foundation site and copy-pasted it to the application.hbs template of the Ember app.
