Describe the bug
After upgrading to BLT 13.7 and Drush 12.1 - my builds are failing.

To Reproduce
Upgrade BLT project to 13.7 with Drush 12.1

Expected behavior
A completed build without errors.

Actually I can see the issue, now that I've posted it. Drush path is wrong.
