Password reset email not reaching user

Hi Everyone

I've been using Actions Pack's password reset feature on a members-only website for the past year. Recently I've run into issues where users will reset their passwords, but they would not receive the notification email and reset link - although the form does return that it has been sent.

If you send the password reset link via the user WordPress dashboard it does work.

Any ideas of where I can start looking? I am on the Gold plan and have logged a ticket, but haven't had any feedback.
