Hi,

Is there a way to get the information of the bot that makes a PR? For instance, googleapis/java-bigqueryconnection#126 --> this was made by release-please bot. sender.login seems to be fetching my information instead (which is undesirable).

Figured it out -- context.payload.pull_request.user.login
