Hello everyone,
On Windows images, we use svn choco formula to install SVN. This formula is not updated for a few years and provide SVN 1.8.17.
We are going to replace this formula with tortoisesvn that contains SVN 1.14. TortoiseSVN is one of recommended ways to install SVN on Windows machines.

We are going to deploy these changes on August 11.

Please let us know if you have any concerns or objections
