Describe the bug

Project store only stores 10 projects, if the project is not one of them It will start failing.

Reproduce:

  • Create EE edition
  • Create > 10 projects
  • Open project in second page
  • Runs table will be empty.

I suggest we remove whole project store and replace it with simple service.
