Hi,
Could you please comment on the advantages we would have with Boost 1.76?

We are in general using new features and eager with updates, there always has to be a rationale behind it.

I would suggest the following:
We wait for Ubuntu 22.04 (The next LTS version which is due soon), and see which boost version it uses by "default", i.e. when typing apt install libboost-dev. If this version fulfills our current needs, we will use this version.

Not a problem, just wanted to see what happened in CI if project is built against 1.76 as that was the boost version which was easiest for me to integrate into a project. :)
