We should run tests in CI where you do cmake --install and check then a project can make use of the result.

Here is how it is done in other projects...

          cmake --build .   &&
          ctest -j --output-on-failure &&
          cmake --install . &&
          cd ../tests/installation_tests/find &&
          mkdir build && cd build && cmake -DCMAKE_INSTALL_PREFIX:PATH=../../../build/destination .. &&  cmake --build .
