In Adafruit ItsyBitsy M4 Pinout.pdf, there is a description of SAMD51 in the terms that ST like to use, describing the whole range of chips meeting that description instead of the specific one used in the ItsyBitsy M4 Express.

It would be better to state the actual amount of SRAM and Flash present, unless there is more than one version of the ItsyBitsy M4 Express, making this degree of ambiguity justified.

It says "192 or 256kB of on-chip SRAM, upto 1MB of Flash".

Please change this to reflect the actual amount of each present in the specific chip version or versions used.
