This may be related to #9. I first noticed it with the electioncal example (happens after about 10 seconds or so), but after running the OpenWeather example for a while (like 15+ minutes), I noticed it there too.

Fixed by using adafruit_display_text 2.7.5. It seems adafruit_display_text 2.7.6 introduced a text shifting bug.
