URL mismatch for Unexpected Maker FeatherS3 #1010

The INDEX.HTM in Unexpected Maker FeatherS3 boot volume contains URL https://circuitpython.org/board/unexpectedmaker_feathers3/, which gives 404.

The working URL is slightly different: https://circuitpython.org/board/unexpectedmaker_feather3/ (note the missing "s" before the "3").

Not a big deal, but maybe fixing it saves someone from confusion.
