MKV streaming problems - no audio tracks in recorded mkv

Looks like bug: audio tracks are not recognized correctly (0 channels) and no audio track put into mkv. But, other channel works without any problems:

There are no problems while watching this channels in xbmc (all audio tracks works), so looks like mkv streaming bug.
