Option to add space between color components and color space in upper case #63

Hi!

Please consider to add an option to:

have space between color components: rgba(67,0,0,1) => rgba(67, 0, 0, 1)
color space in upper case: rgba(67, 0, 0, 1) => RGBA(67, 0, 0, 1)
