[Feature request] open multiple files with external editor

Maybe does one know how to let mc open multiple files with external editor? Now mc panels are blocked (black screen) when file is opened with editor. Something like "&" at the end of command...

Shall consider options; would only be viable if exec'ing a non-console controlling external editor.

Could look at determining whether either a CUI and a GUI application and modify behavior accordingly.
AKA: Subsystem types IMAGE_SUBSYSTEM_WINDOWS_CUI and IMAGE_SUBSYSTEM_WINDOWS_GUI.
