Hi ,

Everytime i convert my .nsf in .pst i get many emails (all the sent ones, several in inbox) with the date\hour of the conversion, and not the actual date/hour of receive

If i open the message everything is correct (i can see the correct date/hour) but not in the inbox .

Am i doing something wrong?

Is this conversion to MBOX, EML or PST ? I'm not seeing this error. Could you give more details of your setup

i m converting my .nsf files in .pst

I've trying to use the external pst function too but always same error...a very large amount of messages has the convert date/time in the mailbox. When i open the message, i can clearly seen the right date/time of arrival, but in Outlook inbox i can see most documents with date/time of the conversion.

My options are :

  • Use Different MBOXes for each sub-folder : yes
  • Re-encryption: None
  • Error logging level: Error
  • Number of Exceptions: 1
  • Always use external PST helper function: No (tried with Yes, same results)

Hope it could helps

Could you save one of the converted messages as a MSG file from outlook and sent it to me, so I can you at the metadata in the file. I might not be setting a metadata that is being used in your case

@pandreas21 Could you save one of the affected messages as an MSG and upload the file so I can try to debug the issue
