PR #4 adds functionality to process notifications using SQS-consumer. Push notifications were working as expected but I couldn't test the email-notifications as I'm facing some permission issues while accessing SES dashboard on AWS.

Permission error states that I'm not authorized to perform operations like listing-emails/domains or verifying emails/domains. I have an AWS starter account, this might be the reason but I'm not sure. I think this should be tested using SES from a normal (not-a-starter) AWS-account.
