PATH variable name changes in progress

User feedback indicates a need for the following name changes

SOLVER_FILES -> SOLVER_DATA
SOLVER_BINARIES -> SOLVER_BIN

Changes will be put in place on the master branch on tomorrow afternoon.

Completed. PATH variables were changed as follows:

SOLVER_FILES -> SPECFEM_DATA
SOLVER_BINARIES -> SPECFEM_BIN

Note the slight difference between this post and the original.

Also note, it remains possible to interface with solvers other than SPECFEM, simply by including different path variable names in the variables declaration.
