Theta (θ, U+03B8) has wrong contour direction in single weight OTFs #117

The inner countour of theta θ (U+03B8, CID+288) is inverted for all weights of all regions in Subset OTF.

Not just all regions, but all fonts because they all come from a single source. I'm not sure how this happened, but will get it fixed.

Verified for single weight instaces OTF, but variable TTFs doesn't seem to have this issue.

Variable fonts don't have overlaps removed. That's where it's happening.

I think the issue is because the exterior contour is not counterclockwise. It should be counterclockwise with the two internal clockwise contours. While most font engines can correct that, font editing software would render without correcting.

The contours are perfectly fine in the source files. The tool used to remove overlaps has a bug.
