Adjustment layers that are present in hidden groups should not affect layers beneath them #181

download this sample file, open and enable Image Assets: https://www.dropbox.com/s/n6ku51eu9sorwfi/GenAdjLayerTest.psd

Notice that ProblemGroup.png is invisible. Now note that the output "All_UnderHiddenGroup.jpg" is still being affected by the adjustment layer within the invisible group (above All_UnderHiddenGroup.jpg in the layer stack.)

The desired result is to have output of all visible assets match what is seen on the PS canvas.
