[afdko] unexpected compilation of invalid fea syntax #1666

Closely related to #1665, afdko will compile the following statement:

    pos f' 12 t period 14;

which I think should be an error. It looks like the last value is being used, and the earlier one ignored.

conceptually I think this is like writing,

    pos f' 12 14 t period;

which produces an error as expected.
