Crashing when uploading to Heroku #2

I am a newbie and am trying to learn Node.js. I pushed this code as-is to a Heroku applet but for some reason it keeps crashing. i don't know what is wrong with the code.

I uploaded a heroku default app and it worked just fine.

Any help on this please?
