There is a huge 'ad' which says "Show Image", which we need to click on.

the final result URL is:
http://cdn.javtotal.com/images/16768499782396384341.jpg

so you need to change "/img/" to "/images/",
and add the ".jpg" extension at the end.

There are many image hosting websites like this which shows multiple images on one page and AdBypasser works on none of them.
The reason is obvious; you can't automatically choose that which image is the one the user would like to see, thus you can't automate the process.

I see more than one images when I clicked on "Show Image" link on the page of which URL you have shared here.

I don't know what @legnaleurc would think but, to me, what you're asking is not a practical thing to do to be honest.

all the images you see are actually 1x JPG file! (not multiple!)
(From Firefox, right-click "View Page Info -> Media"), you can do this on the "Show Image" webpage (original URL)

you only see that there is only 1x .JPG, which is:

so it shows, that we need to "convert / redirect" the original URL from:
http://cdn.javtotal.com/img/16768499782396384341
to:
http://cdn.javtotal.com/images/16768499782396384341.jpg

Yeah, you seem to be right about that it's a single image.
