I think that we should localize the readme files in multiple languages, as Userscript repositories like GreasyFork now support localizations (GreasyFork will serve the translated description if available for the user language).

I can translate it to French.

If you want you can add a file named README.fr.md or something else.
However I think it will only available on GreasyFork.
I might add Chinese and Japanese if I have time.

I will send an email to the other repository maintainers to ask them to implement this feature.

But before doing this, I think that we should rewrite the README file to make it more user-friendly.
I will give it a shot, and you will tell me if it's good.

To deploy this to different sites, the current deploy script has become very complicated.
With localized files it will getting worse.
I think it's necessary to rewrite deploy script, maybe rewrite it to node.js .
