[Feature Request] Import/Export to File

I am currently switching Devices and noticed there is no Import / Export to/from File is not available.

I'll keep you posted if copying the Folder in /Android/ works, but from a Usability perspective, an Import Export Function would be a great feature!

Thanks for the suggestion, it seems to me a key functionality, the Google Play release is currently the only one that allows export/import via Android external folder copy, this is because the storage system is different. The current main branch no longer uses that system and it is not possible to manage it easily.

However, with the new system it should be easier to implement the backup system as it is only a JSON file.

It would be great if we could have scheduled backups so we can sync through Nextcloud or any other cloud, or maybe a CalDav integration.
