Make sync with upstream more smooth

I propose to create separate classes and files with our features and custom render method(copied from jitsi and changed) next extent our classes with the jitsi ones. In that way we can get less diff between the upstream and the fork.

PS: Also separate all the rest code about aeternity and superhero (like in utils and other).
