How to get Mustachio up and running?

Hey Aidan,

Hope you're doing well !
Soon i'm starting to work on a educational open source project and I would like to make it a bit funny by using mustachio as a service to add moustache to all the photos users upload :D
I'm a Node developer and I don't know much about ruby, I tried to deploy mustachio in a heruko app but it kept giving me 503 which I suspect it should be configurations issues(I literally just cloned the repo).
I only need to get it running basically like https://mustachify.me/ and my app is going to talk to it through api calls.
Could you please help me and let me know which files should I change in order to get it working? I'm a quick learner so If there is anything ruby related that I need to learn first, I don't mind digging into it but if it's just configurations, it would be awesome if you could give me a hand ? :)
