If you want to install it and try it yourself, then

1. Clone repo

git clone https://github.com/Affenmilchmann/HelloKittyBot

2. Install requests lib for python

pip install requests

3. Create you bot (instruction)
4. Run main.py!

Honestly I dont know who needs this bot when telegram has scheduling feature
