I don't think you want node_modules added into gh-pages branch. It is gitignore'd in the master branch, but there is no gitignore in the gh-pages branch.

Happy to add a pull request to add a gitgnore if that's desired.

ah, very good catch. I'm tracking this in cvan/ghpages#3.
