join-admin tutorial failing on shinyapps with : Error in value[[3L]](cond) : there is no package called #4

Runs fine locally. Seems to be an indication of a later error, not the library() part itself.

Found that may be due to fill-in-the-blank sections :
rstudio/learnr#209 (comment)

Suggestion that updating packrat fixes it.

trying install the github version of packrat (even though it says this : Packrat has been soft-deprecated and is now superceded by renv.)

I'm not sure if doing this locally will influence what is happening on shinyapps.

Have now removed packrat dependency by removing fill-in-the-blank sections partly because packrat has been soft-deprecated by RStudio. It seemed to be causing errors on shinyapps, and may explain errors on Mac & linux
