Hello,
I recently discovered a library called cookiecutter, it serves to create project templates for routine uses, I even saw that it has a very famous flask template, cookiecutter-flask.

I don't know if it makes sense for the project, but I think it might be interesting to create this template for a django startproject using this library.
Its settings are very simple and 100% customizable, Jinja2 is used to read the templates, a library that is already used in this project.

As I said, I don't know if it makes sense for you to migrate the project to be a cookiecuter template, but I would like to open this issue.
