• Open it in plunker. (Use the button plunker in our example)
• Add your changes so that the behaviour is reproduced
• Save and Freeze the plunker(On the top left corner)
• Send us the link to the plunker(You can copy the URL from the browser)

I'm having the same issue. The tooltip briefly appears, and then the whole table goes blank for a second before re-appearing and without tooltip.

Edit: I have solved the issue in my case. It was being caused by the ag-popup obscuring the table. The solution was to set the popupParent to the body element:
