Is your feature request related to a problem? Please describe.
Currently, the landing page is styled and laid out completely differently from other unauthenticated pages, i.e. Featured Blog Posts and FAQ.

Background, nav bar options, and text color schemes should be consistent.

Describe the solution you'd like
On other unauthenticated pages, I think we should continue with darker backgrounds, though I would recommend separating the nav bar from the rest of the home page and sharing the same partial across all pages.

This may be a use case for higher fidelity mocks (e.g. Figma) that incorporate color.

I think we should continue with light backgrounds for now on the authenticated pages.
