concrete5 API allows you to create "routes" which can then be consumed by your own application.
To install this addon cd into your site's packages directory and run the following command from your console:
git clone https://github.com/c5-api/api.git
Then navigate to http://site.com/index.php/dashboard/extend/install/ and click Install next to the API addon.
