The name HasLabels is not precisely accurate for the functionality (generating the labels-only list based on the existing cons-list).

One possible name: LabelsOnly (which matches the trait method).

Frees up the HasLabels trait name for #1, if necessary.

This is an API change, so would need to be in v0.2.
