Describe the bug
Wrong validation message displayed in attachment files

To Reproduce
Steps to reproduce the behavior:

Log in as an employer.
Go to post a project and click upload files.
We uploaded "0 MB and more than 2 MB size" file, "File couldn't be uploaded. Allowed extensions: pdf,doc,docx,png,jpeg,csv" validation message displayed.
It's wrong. It should display the proper validation message about size. Not a file extension.

Expected behavior
When we upload "0 MB and more than 2 MB size" file, should display proper validation message about file sizes.
