Describe the bug
Before bidding on the project, the value of the average bids should be display as 0

To Reproduce
Steps to reproduce the behavior:

[domain]/projects/view/30/oracle-database?placebid=true

Overall getlancer.
Login as freelancer (aisha / agriya).
Go to browse the project and open the project.
Before bidding on the project, the value of the average bids value displayed "N/A"

Expected behavior
Before bidding on the project, the value of the average bids should be display as 0
