use movie maker to map multiple perspectives to multiproc

it would be cool if you could pass information like psistart and psimax (for example) to make a loop in psi/psimax. perhaps link up to interpolator to do it in a smart way...

forked processes would copy the snapshot data... inefficient and maybe impossible. would be nice if i could ever figure out shared memory between threads

i have a working implementation of this in interpolator but no real interface, I have to clean up that whole bit of code and document it before letting anyone know of its existence!
