Problems on OSX 13.0 Ventura #170

I just installed Ventura, and as per usual, Mac devs did not disappoint.
Modals are now janky. There's a significant delay between the keypresses. I have no idea where to dig to fix that BS. God, I hate Mac OS. Especially fresh out of the oven.

I guess something was wrong with the state of the system after the Ventura upgrade. There were some other broken things, so I decided to reinstall everything anew. So far, it looks good.
