• describe copyleft and peer production
• reference list of contributors
• contributor "signs" the contributor agreement by adding themselves to the list of contributors
• by "signing" the contributor agreement, contributor assigns joint ownership of contributed intellectual property to "project owner" in exchange for joint ownership of entire project's intellectual property (maybe achieved if "project owner" is a group based on list of contributors).
