I've tried to implement it in my AEM 6.5 and after doing the authoring in the AEM dialog when I saw the source code the HTML out doesn't contain any class of sun editor and for that reason, the CSS is not being called

I'm not sure what this means exactly. Do you have examples of input/output? are you sure the issue is not related to XSS ?
