ATDJ: Numerous "Type not supported by atdj."

I have an ATD file from a 3rd party (https://github.com/facebook/facebook-clang-plugins) along with JSON that I was hoping to import to Java, but atdj gives "Type not supported by atdj" error.

Looks like a whole lot of types not supported. I am using atdj 2.0.0 which seems to be the latest. "atdgen" works fine.

It would be helpful to create one GitHub issue per problem encountered so as to get a sense of how many features are missing and how much work that would take.
