Save the dark mode pdf

Hi, I really like the quality of dark mode conversion in Sioyek (with original color preserved). Is there way to export the converted pdf and save it as a new file? Preferably through the commandline.

This is not possible, we don't modify the pdf-itself we just modify the colors in pixel-space.
